We can hardly wait for another one of our most popular events. The fondue night is a special occasion for our club. It brings together so many of our members and we can all practice our fondue cooking skills. If you are new to it, you must absolutely attend and take a lesson from the master chefs!

Saturday February 11 starting at 17:00 (5 pm). Deadline for registration is January 26.

The Clubhouse at Silverlakes

(When you get to the gate, enter code 525890 to gain access. The open gate key will change from grey to green. Press the green button and the gate will open.

Turn immediately left after the gate onto Lakeland Circle, continue for about 100 yards then turn right onto Lakehurst Court and the clubhouse will be on your right. Should the parking lot be full, you can park along the road but please do not block any of the driveways.)

Cost for this event will be $35 for members and guests alike. This will include the fondue, bread, white wine, coffee and water. Additional alcohol, such as Kirsch will be at the discretion of the members.

Seating is limited at 55, reservations are accepted on a first come, first served basis. Early registration is recommended. As always, we need entire fondue sets (base, burner, pot, forks). When you register online, please mention in the “comment” section if you can bring a set along.
You will have the opportunity to order extra cheese to take home. Please place your order also in the comment section when you register online or by calling Lily Kraft (contact details below). As a guideline, 1lb. of Fondue cheese feeds 3 people. We do not have the price for the extra cheese yet, last year it was $15.00/lb. We are told it will be approx. 20% higher this year. We will let you know as soon as we have the exact price.
