Dear fellow membersIt is with great sadness to inform you of the passing of our longstanding member Vreni Gerber. Vreni died peacefully on March 14 after a long illness at her home in Punta Gorda, two weeks after her 81st birthday.
Vreni became a member of our Club at its founding meeting in 1998. She was very involved with the Club and served on the Board as Treasurer from 2015 – 2019.
On behalf of the entire membership we offer Vreni’s family in Switzerland our deepest condolences. At this point, there are no immediate plans for a memorial service or a celebration of life.
Rest in peace, you’ll be dearly missed.
