We are very pleased to see the continuation of an active board with two new members. Lily Kraft joined the board as the Director for Events. Lily will bring her energy and passion to our team and will lead our events and activities. Urs Brunner also joined the board in the function of Secretary. Urs is also a member of the Swiss Club Miami where he holds the function of external auditor. Besides the secretarial work, Urs will also focus on our IT needs, including our website management and the creation and maintenance of a Facebook page.
At this time, we also thank Maria von Atzigen again for her years of service as President of the club. Maria has retired from that position and will be succeeded by Joe Huber. The other members of the board, namely Hans Wenger and Gemma Huber will continue in their roles of Vice-President and Treasurer respectively. Finally, we thank Ursula, who has stepped down from her board function, for her services to the board and the club and wish her well in her endeavors.
