New Year’s Brunch 2023 – Out with the old, in with the new, cheers to the future and to all of you
Reminisce about the past but look ahead to all the wonderful things the new year will bring. With that in mind, 64 of our nicely dressed members met for the annual New Year’s Brunch at the La Fontana Banquet Room in Bonita Springs to kick start our 2023 activity season.
Once all were seated Joe Huber, our presiden,t welcomed all members and introduced guests and new members. He gave a quick update on the next couple of events and specifically mentioned our 25th Anniversary Gala on December 9, 2023. Members are encouraged to save the date for this very special occasion.
The buffet was ready and soon all were enjoying the delicious food and each other’s company. There were many options and plenty for all. Many dishes were inspired by Italian cuisine and between the meat, salmon and different side dishes all found something to their liking. Dessert was nicely arranged and sweetly closed out the afternoon event.
Thanks to all attendees to make this a special start to a new year and thanks to Lily for continuously organizing our events.
