BBQ in the park – Hot-Hot-Hot!
It’s Summertime and the grilling is hot!
The annual June Swiss American Club BBQ was held at the Lakes Park in Fort Myers with a beautiful view on the lake.
Joe, Gemma and Lily got there early to assure the charcoal were lit and the griddle hot by the time the rest of us arrived. Soon 20 members gathered, each with their own grill specialties and yummy side dishes. Some liked it hot, not just the weather but the grill as well.
The desserts brought by some of the attendees were delicious and to balance out the hotness of the day, cool drinks and cool people made this another wonderful event.
