You’re Invited to the Annual General Meeting

The Board warmly invites you to our Annual General Meeting, an important occasion to review the past year’s accomplishments and discuss plans for the future.

This meeting provides valuable insights into the club’s financial and social management, as well as an open forum for you to share your ideas, offer recommendations, and ask questions. You can either pre-send ideas and recommendation to Vicki Burkhard or announce during our meeting.

We look forward to your participation. We hope that many of you will come and join us. Together, we can shape the future of our club!

Important Dinner Note
This year, we have chosen a sit-down dinner instead of a buffet. Our goal is to be more mindful and reduce food waste, which is often unavoidable with buffet service.

To help us plan accordingly, please select your dinner preference when you register for the event.

Meeting and dinner:
We start with the Apéro and appetizers at 5:00 pm, the meeting begins at 5:45pm. followed by a Dinner at 6:30pm. Cost includes the Salad, Dinner, Dessert and standard non-alcoholic beverages (Fountain Sodas, Iced Tea, Coffee, Hot Tea) plus 1 Glass of Wine/Champagne/domestic or imported bottled beer. Any additional alcoholic beverages are at the expense of each participant and can be ordered from the cash bar.

The actual cost of the event is $60.00 per person. However, in recognition of our strong financial position, the Board has decided to give back to our active members by subsidizing $30.00 per person.
